Bake

Ingredients;
2 bananas
1 3/4 cups water
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups whole wheat flour
1/2Tbsp baking powder
1 Tbsp cinnamon
1 egg
2 Tbsp honey
Preheat
oven to 350. In a bowl, combine bananas, water, vanilla,
egg, and honey and mix well. Add flour, baking powder,
and cinnamon. Mix well. Pour misture into an 8 inch greased
cake pan. Bake for one hour to 1 hour 15 minutes or until
a toothpick inserted in the center comes out dry.
Frosting;
In a mixer combine the following;
12 oz. cream cheese (at room temperature)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp honey
For carob frosting, add 3 tsp of carob powder to the frosting.
